Jessie's Space

I met up with a good friend for dinner just now. I was telling her how was my life for the past 6 months or so.

Which has a lots of its ups and downs.

 

She reminded me of a very good principal. That is to focus on the bigger things in your life first, rather than all those small things.

Things / areas like God and family.

 

Which is very true. In this world, there are so many distractions nowadays. Everyday, we have to make so many choices. But what are the choices that are really important to us. Or are we succumbing to the pressure of the society and making choices that won't last for long.

 

I realised that I have focused on other issues that seem rather small compared to the two mentioned. And one other good thing is, it is not too late to turn back, back to the beginning.... 

 

Sometimes, have you wonder how important it is, the things that you are spending your time on, day in and day out, and have you been neglecting the important things in your life? Be it your relationships or your career...?
